I presented at the recent Jacobs’ Asia Pacific Leadership Team Workshop in mid June, where the focus was on how to achieve greater growth. I had the pleasure of being part of a panel that was focused on how to attract, retain, excite and grow our people. I used the work of Amabile and Kramer to focus on how best to motivate staff to perform at high levels and which is outlined in their book The Progress Principle.
