I presented at the recent Jacobs’ Asia Pacific Leadership Team Workshop in mid June, where the focus was on how to achieve greater growth. I had the pleasure of being part of a panel that was focused on how to attract, retain, excite and grow our people. I used the work of Amabile and Kramer to focus on how best to motivate staff to perform at high levels and which is outlined in their book The Progress Principle.

Tom Quinn, MD Asia Pacific provided the following feedback – “I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for attending and presenting at our Asia Pacific Workshop last week.

For me personally the highlights from the session included the concepts of currency of leadership and using the checklist to review the day.

The feedback from our team was excellent and they certainly got a lot from your presentation and the open forum discussions afterwards.”
