Inclusive leadership practices are core to my work. My inclusion and equality lens underpins my approach to all my work. What really lights me up is helping to make the world a better place: one where everyone’s talents and potential shine, where everyone has the chance to rise up and be their best.
I work with executives and human resource leaders in organisations like Bunnings, CSL, Department of Education, Downer, Fulton Hogan Australia, HASSELL, Melbourne Water, QBE, Officeworks, Sanofi and the University of Melbourne to help them create fairer and more innovative workplaces.
My biggest goal is to amplify leaders’ impact, which means getting the best out of themselves, and helping them to realise the true potential of their teams.
