Overwork seems here to stay. If you’re going to live your life with purpose and balance, you need to make sure you’re not caught in the slipstream of too many demands, working long hours, and feeling overburdened. That’s easier said than done!

Right now you’re struggling to get on top of the everyday challenges. You keep feeling that there will be some let-up in the pressures, but with the ever-changing landscape of the pandemic, that’s not guaranteed to happen soon.

This is what overwork does to amazing people. You can’t necessarily change the context, but you can change how it affects you. Working ‘regular hours’, and even ‘flexible work’ just don’t get cut through in this context. What you need is something that will  help rise above the slipstream, and find your own flow.

The global pandemic has increased the burdens on high achieving leaders, and my focus is on helping you to reset the way you work. I help leaders to challenge overwork, rediscover their purpose, and rebalance their life to beat chronic stress and burnout.

I’m a registered psychologist and I use my fascination with emerging neuroscience and social psychology research to give leaders insight into what really works. I am deeply committed to making behavioural change easier, and I give you practical takeaways that you can readily turn into new habits.
